Totally Focused - A way of Life

In this world, many people just wander aimlessly through life.  They have no purpose or direction.  I see these people all the time in the corporate world.  These are the ones that would show up to work and do only what they were expected to do.  I called these people ducks.  They are the ones that don't know (or care) how to take any initiative and create solutions to what they were "quacking" about.  You know these people.  Never having a positive thing to say about the boss, the company, and also their fellow employee.  These are the whiners.  Always wondering why they did not get a better raise or review.  Not accepting that they may need to "change" their attitude.

The purpose behind this website is to give some ideas and concepts that help the employee, the manager, the consumer and anyone that is looking for something better.

We will be bringing you interesting stories from Gayle, our Montana correspondent, who is doing a stint with Vista.  Extreme sports articles by Frank Scram, who sometimes writes to the extreme.  In this inaugural issue Dave Parham will be giving us a humorous look into "What the Janitor Knows about You".  And we will be having some guest articles from motivators and motivatees who have changed their lives for the better.
